California Poppy is a helpful ally for these stressful times we find ourselves in.  Generally, this plant is taken in tincture form, as it is quite bitter.  This is a relative, but not the same as the Opium poppy, therefore it is non- addictive and much milder in it's effects.   California Poppy has beautiful orange flowers and is easy to grow in sunny, well drained soil.  
 
California Poppy has traditionally been used to ease nervousness and anxiety, insomnia and can be useful in larger amounts in pain conditions and headaches.  This tincture is made from fresh Californa Poppy from Kestrel Herb Farm. 
 
This tincture is packaged in a 2 ounce brown glass dropper bottle.
