Need a little energy boost without caffiene? Try Spring In Your Step herbal tea! This nourishing and energizing herbal blend combines plants that can do just that! Gynostemma (Gynostemma procumbens) also called Jiaogulan has similar properties as ginseng. Gynostemma can balance blood sugar and give an energy boost and it tastes good. I combined it with nourshing herbs like burdock root, dandelion root and nettle to make this a great tea for spring or anytime you need a little boost. It tastes great hot or iced. You really don't need any sweetner in this tea as the gynostemma and licorice give it sweetness.
