For this syrup, I combined juniper berries, cardamom pods and orange peels with organic cane sugar to make a syrup that is is citrusy, spicy with hints of evergreen. Elevate your coffee to new levels with this syrup! An amazing addition to gin and tonics and other cocktails.

I love this juniper syrup for my iced lattes. It adds a sweet complexity, like something from a bespoke coffee shop. A few crushed pink peppercorns are the perfect complement. When my order took longer than expected, I reached out and learned that the proprietor is a first-responder nurse. She apologized so graciously.
