Due to the nature of our products, we are not able to accept returns.  If there are any issues with your order, please let me know at carolinamountainflora@gmail.com and we will do what we can to make it right.  

Orders will be processed Monday-Wednesday and sent via USPS.  If you are local to Transylvania County, NC use code SHOPLOCAL and we can arrange local pick-up. 

Lavender Soap-Olive oil, coconut oil, sustainably sourced palm oil, organic lavender flowers, distilled water, sodium hydroxide (lye)*, sodium lactate, brazillian purple clay, lavender essential oil.*No lye remains in finished soap. Lye is used to saponify oils and create soap.

Lavender Body Butter-Jojoba oil, organic lavender flowers, shea butter, kokum butter, illipe butter, arrowroot powder, lavender essential oil, beeswax.
